Hah yeah there's something really fun about how scrappy startups can be. You grow very quickly by biting off more than you can chew and having to learn how to chew more.

It sounds like you did an excellent job of putting things together, both from a technical and PR standpoint. Keep us posted on your updates!

Also, is this a full-time gig for you, or is this a nights-and-weekends thing?
